Based on a real event from the ‘20s in Marseille, “Le Trio infernal”, an anti-bourgeois farce and a biting criticism of the power of money, offended many people. Not only can it seem immoral, but it did definitly tarnish the incarnation of the sweet and smiling empress Sissi.
