In this experimental documentary, four artists openly discuss their attraction to suicide as an underlying theme in their lives and art. Steve Sanguedolce manages to display a whole palette of feelings. The original 16mm film was hand-coloured which emphasizes the intimate impact of the deadly impulse and the struggle to overcome this vertigo while showing what words alone cannot address. Fascinating.
